The Brinker Group companies successfully self-performed the
historical renovation of the 1916 Ford Motor Service and Sales Station. The
building was listed on the demolition list and fearing the loss of one more
historical building in Detroit, The Brinker Group decided to intervene. All of
the companies participated in the fast-paced effort to design and build the new
headquarters for L.S. Brinker Company in 2002.
By building their new office in the Detroit Empowerment Zone, The Brinker Group
remains committed to the City.
